Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

You can learn a lot from bodybuilders just as you can from a competitor in any endeavor. Obtain the information and decide what level you want to take it to.

Thanks for the supplement links. I looked for some you listed in various forms (particularly the CoQ powder) and I don't think I came across iherb. They have a new customer now. Funny how my training and diet is suddenly coming together again due to a confluence of factors. I never quit...

Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

The Olympia, pretty cool. Telling my age but before I could drive saw Zane win his first of Mr. O in Columbus, Ohio which is near me. The next day Arnold (who was the promoter back then) held a small seminar which I attended and met Frank and a few other guys from the golden age of...

Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

Great thread dp - that's an amazing setup you have for a home gym. You obviously know your stuff. I started out training wanting to be a power lifter but my friends talked me into entering a bodybuilding contest since I was naturally cut. Did very well and entered four more after that. I still...

Cashiers At A Taiwan McDonald's Reportedly Dress In Skimpy Maid Outfits

I always thought a topless beer drive thru was a great idea. Couldn't get my local council to approve it for some reason.

Hang in there Cassie. Many, many times things seem the worst right before they get better.

    Cassie's Pictorium

Well said. I think she should be on the ET payroll, wouldn't be on this site nearly as much if it weren't for her fabulous thread. I'm finding the bigger girls "interesting" to look at as well.

    Concealed Carry

Yea I just had to click on this thread a few weeks ago. Bought a Glock 26 for CCW and now I'm thinking about trading in my Ruger Super Blackhawk for a Glock .45 cal. for home protection. That 36 looks sweet though, didn't realize it was so thin.

Lenny Kravitz gives "F" finger to audience at CMA FEST 2013

Never understood why he is still relevant in music. He's probably best known for his retake on "American Woman" which doesn't even come close to the original by The Guess Who. Are You Gonna Go My Way wasn't bad but that was back in 1993. Course I'm gettin old, just my opinion.

Bump. Am I the only one that thinks it's a damn shame when Cassie's work goes to the 2nd page. Check it out again for the first time.

    High End Stereo

Home theatre is great for just that, movies, but it stinks for music. They are really two different animals the way they are recorded. On the surface you might think the more speakers the better but with a good two channel you will get 1) Soundstage which is pretty much as the definition...

    High End Stereo

Here is a great website to learn or even purchase any type of component you may be looking for. Consists of intelligent people who really know their stuff. http://app.audiogon.com/ As far as spending a lot of money you get to the point of diminishing returns where twice as much money only...

    High End Stereo

Do it. I love my 2-channel system and would get rid of my big screen way before I'd part with my stereo. I have a listening session every weekend where I pick out what I'm going to play along with my favorite beverage and just go to another place. Components obviously make a big difference...

The 80's, David Lee Roth, California Girls

Looking back, I can't believe some of the women I got together with in the 80's. Breasts that defied gravity. Real breasts.
