I have noticed that whenever a stock has pre market news about an upgrade from a broker it almost always gaps up a lot befor e the open. Does anyone play this strategy and if so what trading system or broker would you use to get the best price right after the news breaks. Thanks to all

Has anyone tried trading on upgrade news before the market opens? Almost without fail a stock will rise a significant amount fromt the time the news in announced till the market opens. This would seem to be a sure fire way to make money. Any thoughts?
