Wrong on two counts: 1) I dont remember having claimed to be an expert, even though I may be one, but in any case there is no end to learning. I for one, don't believe and dont like the "expert" thingie 2) You can have another zero. I have not zero but one zero zero thats 100% clue. You...

Does anyone else here trade $ 9900 BP and $ 50 shut down ? What are your experiences ? The best performers in many branches dont cross $ 500 per month net. Any feedback ? Thanks in advance m

forgive my ignorance of US fee requirements, but I was told a $ 25 000 deposit is required to qualify as a day trader, which i presume I am since I plan to make at least 30-50 trades a day in futures. thanks m

Another thing i noticed, back here we calculate trading net as a percentage of the total volume traded. We are allowed 100 shares or $ 9900 at swift. why is the expense showing as high as $ 925 per $ 10 000 000 traded volume ? i thot swift shud be able to provide low expenses trading...

I have zero experience in trading US markets (except some kinda simulation for 1 week at ES), rather anything to do with H M U or Z. was Asian futures 6 yrs. Thanks for the information you provided though. Regards m

you wont believe it madmunny, where i trade, the best rate for the equivalent volume we get is $ 35 (for pros) and $ 65 (for retail clients) compared to the $ 1.08 u pay ! Its impossible to day trade. Swing or position is mebbe a bitty possible at best. i just cant wait to get my hands on ES...

Thanks a lot. You made my day, night here actually. Let me put things clearly in perspective. Here in Asia, we start as student on simulation. Then it is live with 9900 BP, which as a trader I know is impossible to reach $ 2000 net. To add to this prob, the BMs are co-operative but do not...

Can anyone help confirm expenses for ES trading ? I checked it and it seems like Swift does it for $ 1.08 RT. Is that true ? Thats an astounding rate and one that I can die for m

I have observed that the BMs dont raise the BP even if one is consistent for 7 days. I think it all depends on whether they want to take the risk cause they take the losses. So, if the BM is from a non-trading background, chances are that your BP is just the $ 9900, using which it is...

And no, we don't get 35 % , we get 10 % ;-) No blow outs in my 9 yrs. Thanks

Not 5 million but $ 70 000 will do the trick easily. In fact, for that graduation point, $ 30000 is enough. But Swift's BP increases so slowly tht it will prob take a year to have enough BP to be able to trade. BTW, I have around $ 3 Billion of trading experience in futures. I wonder if that...

The discussion has gone completely off-topic. 1) Guys can some one tell if it is possible to make $ 2000 per month with $ 9900 BP at Swift ? With my 9 years experience in Asian markets (but not pure proprietary trading), I feel it is impossible because it means you need to be around 0.015...
