Sounds about right, but also check the spread from these brokers! That's often a "hidden cost", but EURUSD shouldn't make a huge difference...

You're paying commission twice; to get in and get out. $ 2.00 is your minimum per TRADE. This might help: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=commission&p=fx

You want to risk $ 60,- on that trade, meaning with a stoploss of 40 pips; you should trade 0,166 lot. That's a little over 1/10th of a whole lot and a very small size...

Try expanding one window (tab) across two screens. Mine are placed above each other. It works, but it's not stable; often after a little resize or after opening another window, it pops back to fit one screen.

Not sure if understand... I'm using TradingView with two monitors on a Mac. Have you checked these settings?
