Can I sell short in the pre-opening session, regardless of whether it's an uptick compared to the last trade, as long as my trade is higher than the prev. close?

I have 2 machines running W2K Pro, and one boots MUCH faster than the other. The difference is the motherboard. The faster machine uses the Soltek SL-75DRV5. This mobo also has an anti-burn shield, which I'd highly recommend. Otherwise the 2 machines are identical.

Call me malicious, but at the very least the tick size should be cut to .10. How does reducing the tick size hurt anyone besides the arb guys on the floor? I vote for tighter spreads. Who's with me?

Seems slow to me. I get fills with Interactive Brokers on Globex that are nearly instantaneous. I'd say easily less than 1 second. A/C/E is a bit slower.

I'd highly recommend the C for you. I sat in a B and the seat was way too shallow (front to back) for me. I can't imagine who would fit in an A. I ordered the C and it's perfect for me. I'm 5' 11" and 165#.
