    I doubt it. TWS timer is synchronized with the server when it starts. The time difference means that PC timer not set correctly. Every time correction on PC will change TWS timer correspondently.

    Trading KOSPI for US residents is a matter of regulations, not IB. We never promised access to Australian bonds. Variable ticks require quite expensive development and rewards are not clear at all.

    There are no restrictions on trading any futures and futures options on IRA. These instruments do not involve money borrowing. AFAIK, there are no free SPAN margin calculators. London SPAN calculator works fine but only for British markets.
