The signals are contained in a black box program and not output-able. Plus there are still some discretion required. Automation is something I can look into after I master manual execution.

All the top performers from my school went to SF and joined one of the tech giants with their $200k+ salary, only few guys like me are staying in Canada getting paid half as much.

It's not a casino if you can trade off 1 min chart and follow the trend. The market usually has some momentum in one direction and if you can consistently detect the start of a trend and get in you will profit over long time.

I would say it's fully non-discretionary when it comes to entering a trade, some discretion is required for setting the stop loss and making sure it's not too tight(my system produces multi levels of S/R and the rule is to pick a level that's one level away from the current S/R as the trailing SL).
