I bought a new Matrox G200 MMS Quad (w/ TV Tuner) on eBay for $299. The guy seems to always have one for sell on eBay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2041298854 He's a dealer (thecomputersalon.com). I haven't had any problems with mine. Matrox.com sells it for $799.

Futures and Futures Options don't have a PDT rule, they're governed by the http://www.cftc.gov Don't trade Equity/Stock Options so I can't speak to that.

The Trading forum (and threads within it) with TradeStation ads turns the background from white to black, I also have IE 5.

I've only been with them a month (after using Qcharts & Nextrend). Since that time I've only found one bad tick that I can remember, was on 6E U2 (Globex Euro) and I think it was fixed the next day. Don't trade ES all that much so can't fully attest to its accuracy through them.
