Didn't NQ go below previous week's close on Monday? (I know because I got blasted by the move)

ES and YM near breakeven while NQ fell off a cliff....

Why would we hit the 1160s if this is topping? On the cash this looks to be the place for a turnaround since we'd form a double-top with Thursday's high. Wouldn't a move to 1160 indicate a breakout?
