I don't sell credit spreads.
I don't buy debit spreads.
I only buy OTM options on stocks I expect to move enough to make the options payoff.
I have watch list of about 10 stocks I follow, listed in my profile.
:)
No .... Both trades are directional Debit Spreads. The long legs were roughly ATM, short legs OTM - payoff will be huge.
EDIT: The short legs did cap the profit though - without them the payoff would have been much higher (assuming YUM trades at $70.00).
:)
I don't think so. Their main holdings are fast food joints, people have to eat so they must be going elsewhere.
YUM holdings. The ones in bold are the only names I recognize.
Banh Shop
East Dawning
KFC
Little Sheep
Pizza Hut
Super Chix
Taco Bell
WingStreet

My BMO account doesn't and I don't care. 9:30AM to 4:00PM EST is plenty of trading time.
How do you "churn" YUM in AH? Everything was normal until about 4:13PM EST then a big drop almost instantly, then relatively flat.
:)
Yes ...... I'm from Vancouver and Clearly Canadian was big 15 years ago - and then they were gone as fast as they came. They had a very novel idea - clear drinks for all flavors. I didn't follow the stock though.
:)
The bid/ask on the options is irrelevant - what is important is the underlying. Where do you see FIZZ trading in April:
$20.00?
$30.00?
$40.00?
$50.00?
$60.00?
Now how does the ask look to you? $4.90 could be a bargain.
:)
Maximum 1 month out.
$5.00 between the strikes.
Same expiry date.
Minimum credit $1.00.
Puts only.
I haven't checked the quotes so I don't know how much OTM that would be.
:)
The ET Hindsight Analysts are silent - they just need more data. They will be coming out of the woodwork after the market closes and give you some opinions on today's market action.
