I trade from out of the country and often have bandwidth issues. I use several packages now and some seem to have a bigger "lag" than others. Anyone know which quote or charting vendor and software combination would be the safest for low bandwidth?

I am presently running four monitors and have a mess of video cards. I seem to be having soem video conflict problems. Can anyone recommend the best and most inexpensive way ( I can't afford a quad) to hook up four moniters that will make win XP SP2 happy and not give me any headaches?

Connection speed (ADSL) is 1.5k dn/128k up. Actual speed is closer to 980/103. My biggest problem is that I cant get Reuters and not even their techs can figure out why? As far as reliability, I've had one outage in the past 5 months.
