Rocky But you can make a buck if you lower your price range. Not everyone can invest in million dollar properties. There have been some really interesting new construction deals going on down here. Make that pre construction condo's. I'm not talking million dollar deals. :cool:

Max401 For rental properties nothing beats being near the water. The demand is always there. The added plus is that their prices will continue to rise. The "smart money" is buying up the beachfront. They buy tear down the old buildings and rebuild with new condo's. So the pre constuction...

Oh BTW for all you traders out there. Think about having Uncle Sam pay for your condo. We have no State tax here!! The money you save in taxes could go towards you mortgage. :cool:

Tao Trader, The PHLX used to rock with foreign currency options trading. But that was years ago. Then the biz went bye bye. In fact they used to have 2 trading shifts on that floor. Now that seat is I think about $500 bucks or something. That floor is virtually dead to my knowledge. :cool:

The price of a seat reflects the ability to use it to make money. A PHLX seat is around $15,000 down from $200,000. So how well do you think biz is on that floor?? But I guess you could throw away 15g's and lease it out. Then pray for an uptick in option biz on that floor to get the seat price...
