    I feel like giving up!

Trade longer timeframes, in the range of swing trading to position trading. Majority of the smart and successfull people seams to employ this style of trading, people like Paul Tudor, Steve Cohen, Soros, etc. and almost all of the top hedge funds.

    London - www.savitrading.com

Why not borrow $50k from the bank. If the "2% to 5% Return on Investment (ROI) on Daily basis" is true you will be able to pay it back in a month or so.

Obama Wants To Regulate Dervivatives - Should we be worried?

This is what it all boils down to. The investment banks make a heavy commission on the OTC derivatives business, it is a big cash cow for them so they will fight tooth and nail to stop any of this regulation going through. For us retailers and society as a whole it is best if these shadowy...

Is it really necessary to trade 100K-300K+ shares a day to make a living trading?

Why does one have to make $2k-$3k a day to make a living. You know that that accounts for $50,000 a month and close to 1 million a year? 20 times more than a regular employment pays out. The number of shares traded is totally irrelevant. A 10% profit trading a $150 stock is the same as...

What sort of trader are you?

About 2 years. it's uni-directional, only trades with the main trend, never against it. Averaging down is for suckers. Basic trading rules say never add to a loser.
