Absolutely correct. Read about one foundation this morning that fired staff and shut doors the day after hearing this. Cannot believe they put all their funds in one place - especially when they knew (or should have known) the assets were not held by an independant custodian. Being wealthy...

A recent article said his sons turned him in. They may have, but I'm guessing that was a calculated move intended to put 100% of the blame on Dad to keep the kids out of jail too. They had to have known something. I agree with an earlier comment - there is no way he did all this himself...
