Needing TA help now ! ....and later.

That makes sense ! I know what you are referring to. Understand this, though. I may not be able to become technically correct all the time. While I am waiting around for such an occurrence as that CAT break out, the current, excellent quality of the spread opportunity may diminish. I...

Needing TA help now ! ....and later.

Needing TA help now and later for these.... I am a pair trader. (My charts posted on MAIN / Trading / Charts of Note since Aug 1, 2012.) I am prepared to hold and add to a position over a month or two or three. Theoretically, I am even prepared to stay in a trade with dead money even...

    Canadian average weekly wage $909

Great find, arbprofit2 ! Looks like for in the "Aggregate" and Greater Vancouver, 12 months ago for some reason was the pivot point. Vancouver heading south. The eastern big cities of Montreal and Toronto are holding their own. So is Regina, Alberta holding well. Calgary is doing great.

Bullish on China ? Always nice to know who is on the other side of the trade: "Jim Chanos is, of course, one of Wall Street's best-known short sellers, famous for "outing" Enron and also shorting AIG well in advance of its meltdown in 2008." The link is unnecessary to click...its just a...

    Canadian average weekly wage $909

I am curious about this. Mid-week this last week, we rented for a short stay, a nicely located two bedroom suite in Vancouver roughly a few blocks away from Stanley Park and the water on one side, and two blocks away from Denman Street on the other side. This was very much like a condo and may...

    Canadian average weekly wage $909

There has been a real estate bubble burst in the U.S. obviously impacting its median price....a 20% to 30% drop (and worse in well pointed out locations.) Helps to explain some of the current 48% difference in median prices between the two countries. Location, location, location. Canadians...

    Canadian average weekly wage $909

Two days ago, I was visiting with friends in Abbotsford, B.C. It was only on the tangent that housing was mentioned, and even then just a sentence or two. In stark contrast to our own self-made destruction in the U.S., I was told house prices there were little affected from the melt-down that...

Thanks for the question. Answer....PART I (1) Yes (2) There is a small group of us that trade my style, which places relative SAFETY over anything else, and we share nominations for consideration to trade. This cuts down the time enormously from what it would take individually to find...

    HAHA - Goldbugs!

Should one be making such decisions, "I will go all in..." ...based on reduced production of gold OR based on the greater dynamics of the possibility that those who hold gold could do large liquidation OR them or others do large purchases ...consequently affecting the supply (in the market)...

gold: new highs or reversal leg forming ?

It is ironic that John Embry being such a proponent for gold with his long disertation about it was written in March, a month before gold's historic plunge. At the end of his article: "...gold demand is on the verge of an explosion..." Presumably, it first needed an implosion as we saw Apr...

If we are not on the same page, we certainly are in the same chapter together, because I argue your case for you. I made a thread built around it which you saw the link for early in this thread. On this thread we are currently on, I referred to current demographics as becoming a serious...
