I see a nice divergence. Only thing I don't like is the open gapped above the high of last week. I have the Keltner Channel at 5.4, so a short entry would need to be within 2 pts of 994.90. Maybe a sell limit order. Looks like this is the first down bar, so will sail a limit order in at 993.00...

Good morning! Just woke up and my eyes are burning. Gotta find the Visine. ADX is above 30 and if we get a early move up then there might be some divergence to initiate a trade. No news out at 10, so lets see what happens.

Does it have the Money Flow Indicator? The 20 period looks pretty similar to me.

I haven't been able to do it. If someone on ET can, I sure wish they'd post a journal for a week with r/t calls. That would at least tell me it's possible. Without some evidence I'd be pretty skeptical that hitting 2x the range on a daily basis is consistently possible.

I don't know. When I think of moving averages I think of a trend following method. I don't think trend following methods have a win rate much above 50%. I'd love to see the work of someone that has a successful method using MA indicators.

I guess it's just what you're used to. I've looked at BBands and they jump around too much for my tastes. I'm sure someone else would do just fine with them.

Canceled the limit order. Keltner bands are growing on each bar. I can hang there for another half hour and use a market order to exit it if its a winner. If the trade isn't done by 314, then I'll exit the trade within the last minute of the day (I don't do overnites).
