Fidelity has a mySmart Cash account which is similar to a checking account. You can link it so it pulls money directly from your fidelity brokerage account. No fees. Pays 3.5% interest. And refunds all atm fees.

Do I need to be running TWS for orders/fills to show up in the audit trail? Because i was not running it all day. That is a good point about a previous order, i did not consider that as I did not see anything in the audit trail, but maybe old orders just do not show up?

The develope is allowed to raise the price if it is to cover increased building costs. This is usually written out in the paperwork.
