    Esignal problem/question

Yes, it did work when I tested it. You are missing the spaces in the symbols themselves. Our format for futures goes like this: contract code, space, delivery month, last digit of the year (i.e. ES Z3, not ESZ3 ). Add that space in each symbol and it should work just fine. Thanks.

    Esignal problem/question

Bsulli, Looks like you're simply leaving the space(s) out (i.e. NQ Z3 - ES Z3 ). This FAQ gives more info and I confirmed this spread works just fine once entered correctly. Just a reminder. Many more eyes track questions related to our products on eSignal Central. Thanks.

Tradersavvy, I haven't found a setting yet to remove that text so that may not be an option at this time. In addition to experimenting with different fonts and scaling methods, you can also try moving your mouse over the y-axis ( price ) and holding the left-click button down. That will...

    Sept 29th & 30th, exchange fees question

Can't speak for Tradestation billing procedures but in regards to eSignal, each account is assigned a specific billing date and you are billed on that day each month. In other words, if you start your service today, your cycle date will be the 28th of each month and you'll basically be charged...

    Which software providers offer trials?

There is no "processing fee" to try eSignal. If you cancel within your trial, you simply pay for the exchange fees and for certain add-ons you elected to try as well. It's a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. We did charge a processing fee at one point but it's been gone for at least...

Effective 1 July 2003, the European Union (EU) instigated a new directive regarding e-commerce VAT (Value Added Tax). It requires all providers of electronically delivered goods and services to apply the VAT charge to the goods and services provided to customers in the EU. In other words, it...

As H2O indicated, the charges may be the exchange fees we have to charge, even during the trial. If you just recently tried our service, it could also just be that the offsetting credit hasn't been applied to your cc yet ( we send the credit to your cc company right after the 30 day trial...

If you are a serious chartist, you'll want our Advanced Charting. For ex: in our Standard Charting, yes you can draw trendlines but they aren't saved. You can change settings and there's really no limit to the # of windows you open, aside from your PC's limit and perhaps the symbol count you...

Hi Tony, I can confirm what you're reporting on symbols like S=N and T=N. I've never seen this sort of issue before so I can't comment on the nature of the problem but it's been reported to our QA group so hopefully it can be resolved quickly tomorrow. As we've indicated before, please...

    NeoTicker vs. eSignal

We have been a bit behind in expanding our intraday history but we are very close to resolving that. We've been storing interval data since Feb, on most issues, and will make this addt'l data available with our 7.5 release ( due in Sept/Oct ). That'll give us roughly 8 months of history from the...
