Well I closed out the trade tonight for a profit of 3.5%. NQ actually gapped up so it worked out even better for me.

Strategy 1 would be easier emotionally to trade. I would probably choose whichever has the shortest drawdown periods if returns are similar.

Yeah this is just a weird bug where NT8 is somehow setting the increment on your first parameter to 1e-14 when you select genetic optimizer. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than the genetic optimizer spitting out false results. Probably an easier fix for the NT programmer?

I just checked his first two trades and price went through all of his limits for all 4 orders. Could still be sim but those trades would have filled live for sure. Price didn't hit his 1 point stops either.

Well if the USA gets wiped out by nuclear war, even holding treasuries won't do you any good. Just spend 10% of your paycheck on non-perishable food, bottled water, ammunition and vodka to trade with. Problem solved.
