Weekends are necessary to clear the mind.

Whenever I take hits and am feeling uncertain, I scale back significantly. Sometimes it's about trading just 100 shares to get it in motion. Do that until you don't care too much about the result. As mentioned, journal the process and continue to identify high probability trades.

That's really odd. I've never seen NBBO logged in TAS. What platform are you using? It's really pointless for quotes to be logged as a big portion is fake/cancels.

The time and sales shows all the transactions. It doesn't show any bids or offers. The level II shows bids and offers. Can you provide a screenshot?
