    Could DCR be delisted?

    DCR (ETF = short oil) has fallen from $16 to $0.93 and who knows where if oil goes to $150. For those who suspect a bubble in the oil market, it could almost be considerd as a perpetural PUT on OIL. But since the price has gone so low, could it be delisted and vanish?
