I watch CL quotes. I watch 3 months, currently January, February, March. I notice that a lot of the time there are same number of contracts for all months on the bid side, similar situation on the ask side (but different number than the bid). So for all months there is the same number of...

I trade futures exclusively. CL, GC, EUR, ZN. I use IB/QT (Interactive Brokers/Quotetracker) right now. I am working on an ATS in Amibroker. I daytrade/scalp but sometimes hold overnight. Been trading for over 10 years. Account size well into six figures.

Okay, I've been through a lot of searches here and trying to find a new broker. Currently with IB. I've seen mention of Mirus, AMP, Advantage (any others) with good reliability, wide ranges of exchanges (products)? Also trying to determine the best front end: zenfire/ninja, X_trader etc...

Excellent software with API. But no ability to autotrade, and no ability to create custom indicators. Used it for years and very satisfied.

When I check this through TWS it shows initial margin of $6,412.50 and maintenance of $4,750.

My BIGGEST problem too is bias. I believe the market SHOULD do such and such. But we MUST follow what the market IS doing.

Sorry but I don't trade off chart patterns. Are you saying this is a "go long" formation or "go short" formation?
