If you can trade RTY well, my hat's off to you. I think there are pockets where it is the cleanest and best index of the bunch, but it also seems to be captured by a lot of spread trading and there are many idiosyncrasies to it.

For whatever reason there seems to be this tendency for post-FOMC hangover in the Powell era. It started back when he was a semi-hawk, but seems to persist even now that he has become the biggest dove ever.

Aside from the fact that he has the same habits of posting many after the fact trades (exactly what prompted many to block him in the first place), he writes in the same style (albeit uses spell check as Giovanni). Really pretty easy to spot...and nobody else I've seen continues to reference...
