Well put callmate! Merry Christmas everyone!

Something that I keep in mind each day is what the previous day's volume/price range was. See the attached table from yesterday. For example, I'm not looking for any 6 point bars today (LOL).

Despite the fact that we were in a lateral carry over from yesterday and volume is pathetic, there were two decent tape trades.

True, not all tapes. I like to focus on the ones in the dominant direction, but sometimes I trade the non-dominant ones. Context is key. Here are some notes.

Absolutely Not! I definitely use volume. To me, tapes breaks are a fabulous signal to watch for. For example yesterday starting with the tape break on the 11:30 bar, we had NINE consecutive bars of lower lows without a higher high (i.e. no tape breaks). It was the tape break and break of...

Here are some comments how I traded yesterday.

You chart annotation looks thorough, however (maybe it's my eyes), its tough to see in detail. This brings up a suggestion for all of us and that is to post AM charts and PM charts. Spyder did this for a while. It might make it easier to see the details. Just a suggestion. Another comment...

Any thoughts on the big picture view for next week?

If all else fails, follow the money (I mean tapes)! :p

I find it helps me to have a big picture view that I can pull up during the day to see where price is going (and where it's been).
