Here is my first scalp today, I was expecting a test of yesterday's high, but did not happen so far. So after the triple top , shorted the pullback after the break of a minor trend line. (did not hold long though, since we hit the channel line.)

I had a short signal on the 1min, but it was at the low of the range 1.3160-1.3187. And I don't short the low of a range in an uptrend. Now the range broke down, and will enter my next short signal on the 1m.

4H broke above the down trend line, and it is consolidating. I see resistance in the daily, so I would not buy here, if I were trading the 4H tf, but wait for a pullback to 1.3100-1.3130. This would change if there is a strong BO above Friday's high or a strong drop below the trendline.

It would be very difficult to teach context, I imagine. But good luck.

Interesting, I had a short signal before your long entry (no, I did not trade it, just saying). I have been also wondering when and how to use your BSOT signals. Not easy :) . Many cases they are counter trend signals, and seems they are very good when we have a longer pullback and use that...

Thanks ammo, so according to this, after a pullback to 3050-3060 it is more likely to have another leg down.

Thanks. I never trade before Frankfurt open, just doing tests and recapping yesterdays action, but this was just shouting at me.

Bit early (7 am here) but saw the hourly trendline break, shorted the pullback on the 1 m. the low of yesterday was only few pips away and there was a good chance it breaks after the trendline break. It did nicely.

    Trading on a Higher Power

Yes it is possible, but difficult to backtest :D . But if God were trading, it would be like him playing golf. "God and St. Peter were playing golf one day. St. Peter teed his ball up and hit it. It was a real nice shot about three hundred yards down the fairway. Then God teed his...

    Day trading is losers game

There are enough trends. To help you a little: In eurusd during the last 14 month period there were approximately 190 occasions where a 4 hour period had a range larger than 100pips. About 0.6 per day, or about 10% of the 4H bars. Even 1 per week would be enough. If you narrow it down...

Hey, you stole my chart :D These are very good probably because they look like a bottom sucking in those who think it can not drop further and their stops add to the fuel.
