    Yes... Register your domain at the source, www.networksolutions.com. You don't have to, and probably shouldn't, register your domain through your hosting site because you have no idea who they'll use as the registrar.

    I haven't tried this, but if you name the frame and set the scrollto on that name instead of self, it may work. <FRAME NAME=leftframe SRC="contents.htm"> <body onload="leftframe.scrollTo(0,100)">
