It just happened again...........13 secs before recieving a fill on a market order on SPYTW. And again it cost me money. However this time the guy (zack) at IB went to time and sales and is also calling the exchange. It's taking a long we will see if they will correct themselves.

MTE, I use IB but I don't want to look up each strike for volume. It's nice when you can see all the strikes and the intraday volume on one page. You check it a few times a day to see which strikes are hot.

dipper, I agree. It's just if you plan on day trading it nice to know where you are most likely to find the best liquidity.

A good site can be much, much faster and easier. Obviousely you have not experienced both.

FWIW: I have had a similar transaction take a whole month with Trade Station. Then I found out they only pay a fixed accured interest rate of around 1% so I cancelled the account and they only charged me $135. What can you do once they have your money...

Well their options quotes and fills are very tricky. It seems that somehow they always get a penny or 2 off of your entry or exit. It's not always true but close to half of the time, in my opinion, they get a little nibble. People that regularly trade SPY options with them...
