    Somewhat OTM, not deep, typically 2 to 5 weeks til expiry depending when OEX comes, choosing a strike that will get them ITM, then I dump them. Yes, only one or the other (calls or puts).

    Thinking too much prevents you from buying because you feel you are buying high, an emotion the market does not care about. Whether it's distribution or not, time will tell, don't see how such theories are relevant in technical trading. Price rarely lies and when it does it cannot hide.
