I think you are correct if all that cheap credit doesn't get deployed. But deflation would be ultimate nightmare for the banks. Just imagine all that collateral loosing value and borrowing drying up. My guess is they will do ANYTHING to prevent that. They are trying to stuff those e-dollars...

10:06 on your chart being the rolling over of 20ma uptrend to downtrend. (e) on your chart is the turning of a (small) uptrend to downtrend. Refernce to Dow THeory being discerning the difference between primary trend as opposed to primary trend counter-moves...

At (e) the 20sma is flattening out at the end of an uptrend. Waiting for stoch to hit 50 (instead of entering sooner) helps to confirm a return to downtrend.
