    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

Are you assuming that the holders from the 840's took profits at the next "large" inventory zone 867-870+ ? How can we deduce that? And along a similar line of thinking, would we assume that the net long inventory from 862's bailed and took profits at 924+ ? All the best, Stone

$9 Trillion cannot be accounted by Federal reserve

AMT4SWA does make a difference. I was not fully aware of just how bad things were. First, he got my attention because he made these ridiculously good trade calls. Second, he really got my attention when pointing out an important agenda being carried out by those in power that I was unaware. I in...

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

It seems to me like the most important part of the process is identifying the important areas of S/R that have the best chances of being highly reactive. Knowing where the inventory may be itching to trade is a good thing. When I look at AMT's recent charts, what they tell me is the...

I do agree with that... if distribution was in fact complete, we should have seen the death knell already. For the amount of selling effort they've applied, we should be at 800 if there was no support in the market. That said, bulls are no exactly stepping up to the plate either... in terms...

This has been the long hold from hell. Got a 3 day downtrend fighting a longer time(frame) uptrend line. We get an 7 pt range for the afternoon.

I agree... the technical damage that a busted ORL60 would impart would be quite bad for bulls. Their best chance is to hold it now before the morning is over.

The nature of our rallies since the high made @ 886 on 4/30 have been rather strange. The highs are made from short squeezes of grand proportions. Eventually, when the squeeze is over, ES may very well drop like a rock. But as long as Support keeps Supporting, it seems as tho the shorts are...

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

You aren't taking the time to understand what we are measuring. We are in fact, measuring the "strikes".. and counting them up "At Bid" or "At Ask". I don't care AT ALL about QUOTES. Only care about actual transactions.

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

The important thing to know is that at the time of the transaction at 100, it was a buyer buying at the offer. A market buy. If you looked at the DOM *After* the trade @ 100, it would look like it went off at the bid, a market sell. You would really want to know what the DOM read before...

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

Charts wont be made until EOD. You could say it was due to a bullish divergence, frontrunning 906 support. 906 has a positive delta level from the last few days, indicating a pocket of net long inventory I suppose.

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

It could have happened as the following: 10 Bids 99, 20 asks 100 Sale fires off at 100, 15 orders Sellers at 100 cancel their offers Buyers place limit order at 100 for 2 contracts Now your DOM will show 2 bid 100, 30 asks 101

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

It is self evident that every trade must involve one market order & one limit order. The problem is, with our commercial data feeds, are we truly able to distinguish the nature of a sale as at bid or at ask?

    Inventory Grab Alert 4/30/09!

I had a hard time understanding your posts before. Do you mean to say that the "market orders" we view (at bid, or at ask) are total fabrications of our software & feed? I am of the understanding that the CME runs the electronic exchange as a perfect queue. Every limit order & cancellation...
