I didn't say I think that. Just if the odds are 50/50 of it going up or down, I'd say the odds of an exponential move higher make it a crazy idea to short it.

Not as much as you'd want to kill yourself if it's at 50,000. If it goes down it's capped at 0....up could be very painful. There's a lot better things to short I'd say.

Right very true. I haven't been as concerned on the risk apart from property insurance since I'm not renting them out, but you are right it probably would be a good idea to incorporate and get additional coverage overall since there is work taking place on the properties most of the time.
