yes i will agree to that. buy since my systems are all very close exact entry times without much notice. C2 just didn't work for me and the poor guys who would be following me. they would miss the boat 50% of the time . the ones they would get would be the losers.

when i am choosing my systems to trade, i look at two things. return on highest drawdown and longest period in drawdown. when i look at the financial report of the previous trading results, 7 months in drawdown? that would be hard to handle.

for one thing, robbins charges close to $25.00 a round turn and this challenge charges $10.00 a round turn.

ib might be a little different but it should be something like er z5 or erz05. each data feed formats the futures symbols differently.

i dont think 99% of professionals would recommend trding under a straight C corp. Its a horrible idea. three things come to mind. 1) you cant deduct losses 2)you could be subject to personal holding tax. i guess only two things come to mind. trade in a pass throgh entity where it belongs...

the corp can just pay you a salary. that won't have anything to do with trader status and then you can contribute to your ira.

the best thing is to buy a system from someone who wants to sell only a few and have that person mentor you in the system completely.

everyone throws around the statement that if a system is that good, why sell it. well consider this. some people have very good systems but something in their nature makes them sabatoge everything about the system and thus they are just not good at the trading part. so they sell it.
