So we have about 3 different options with MC: 1) manual trading 2) semi-automated trading (Require Trade Confirmation = On) 3) fully-automated trading Unfortunately, with #2, you can't specify confirmation for both entries and exits independently. I have put in an enhancement request for this...

Rithmic needs to concentrate on improving their existing desktop platform. For instance, historical intraday tick data retrieval is HBB "Horrible Beyond Belief".

Bitcoin futures (BTC) move nicely on the CME....great for trading. Only problem is the margin requirement...almost $25,000. You can move to the EMicro contract(MBT) which is 1/50th of the big boy.

I contacted the CME Group's risk management unit and they are going to review the BTC margin requirement. It's currently set at $25,324.

Both BTC and MBT contract volume has fallen off lately. 1st one is BTC, the other is MBT.

So the cash market affected the futures market....correct ?

I need to call the CME Group on this....their margin setting process is obviously flawed.
