"where they should be".. i believe when prices are at the level where it is making sense to buy than to rent (not using exotic loans, etc.) in many markets, it will take 20, 30, 50% discounts to bring these houses back to that level

USD will tank hard if they pause.. even if they raise another 25BP but give hints that they're done, USD will still tank

A friend of mine give me 2 courses for free and in my opinion they're not worth the price tag.. These guys teach simple stuff like SMA/EMA, RSI, BB, etc... These indicators can be found all over the internet just my $0.02

Ha ha.. you are right on about thai women! but one can tell a nice thai girl vs. a bar girl after about 2-3 mo. or so.. several times i'm thinking about moving back to bangkok to trade and run my family business full-time but i just don't trust myself that i can do any of those for long...

why don't you find some of his posts here and see how much Niha (mark) has helped other traders before you make any judgement.. One of his rooms is free of charge and traders in the room are posting the trades in real time.. I learned a ton from him and his techniques and still use them in...

I was on vacation in Samui 2 yr. back and I managed to trade part time from there.. I mostly traded from the internet cafe'. They use ADSL so the connection was pretty fast and relaible. I'm sure if you plan to live there you can get ADSL pretty easily
