I do understand this part. But FB is traded on more than just NASDAQ, it's also traded on IEX, ARCA, BATS, etc. How come I can subscribe to "NASDAQ" but get all of FB's volume across not only NASDAQ, but these other exchanges too?

Ok figured it out, it's quite simple. Just right click the grey space in the top list window and click Save As.

I'm trying out Trade-Ideas. I've created 3 of my own Top List Windows, using Start from Scratch. I can do Save Layout, and then next time I open Trade-Ideas, the same Top Lists will pop up. However, if I close the 3 windows, they're gone forever. How do I actually save it properly?
