I have the exact opposite problem. I have no problem taking the loss immediately it turns sour. Unfortunately this has not done me any good so far as I get chopped to death in anything but the most strong trending markets! :(

My series 7 manual states that the specialist has to fill anything under 100 shares at the next traded price after he receives the order. So this should be quite accurate to backtest as you know the next tick will be yours, no?

But US stock and futures quotes are OK? The Eurex thing I was told will be resolved in January when they get their own direct feed. It is not always behind though - only in fast markets I understand.

I have no other source for stoxx50 and dax futures data right now other than esignal. However if you look at the time and sales the prints are keeping time properly with my PC clock(which is set automatically by esignal). Does this mean I am receiving timely quotes or not? Thanks
