Arca will first fill from its own book within your limit. Then it will go to ISI. If you give a wide limit and Arca's price is further away than NYSE, you'll get the Arca price (ie. a worse fill). The trick is to keep a tight limit if routing to Arca.

This isn't what's happening to me. Orders aren't just "showing up". They are dissappearing off the screen. And my connection is fine and the software is running and stable. The stop price hits, and no execution, but the order dissappears like it did execute.
