    Bye Bye ER2

Over the last 3 months the average daily liquidity of the ER2 was around 200,000 contracts. Does anyone has an educated guess of how much of this liquidity will go to: 1. ICE for trading the new TF contract 2. CME for trading their new E-mini Small Cap Stock Index Futures Contracts 3. CME...

IntercontinentalExchange wins trading rights for Russell equity indexes

What I understand is the following: 1. Transition will be completed by August 29 the latest 2. ICE's Russell 2000 mini contract (TF) has the same tick value ($10 / tick) as the current ER2 3. Exchange related fees are at $0.75 per side for the mini contract, similar to the CME charge

    Bye Bye ER2

As I understand it the TF contract is the Russell 2k mini is we know it now, pls see point 9; "....The new mini-size contract (symbol TF) is $100 times the index, with a minimum tick of 0.10 index points, or $10 per contract." Also, it seems that exchange related fees per side are lower at $0.75...

    Puretick.com

I fully agree, that's exactly the point I tried to get clarified. PT is advertising that one could have made $ 34.000 in the last 3 months following exactly all their calls. But no post regarding PT so far has convinced me of that or even 50% of that. The best indication I get so far is that...

Can anyone who has been or still is an active member of PT tell me if one can really make money following ALL their calls based on their entry/exit signals or still lose money at the end. I have been in so many rooms. Some teach you some good stuff others are pure rubbish, but I still have...

Why don't more people trade index futures?

Can anyone tell me what the average daily range is on the YM? Also, can anyone confirm that YM's average daily volume is about 100,000 contracts? It seems a bit low, lower than the ER2. Thanks in advance for any responses :)

    Strategy Runner and TT

It has recently come to my attention that Strategy Runner is now offered with a TT feed. Is anyone using the SR 3.0 (many new features) with a TT feed? What has been the experience so far? Would it be a good altenative for NT? Any comments appreciated.

What is going on with the TT fix adapt?

Yes that seems funny, because on both occasions when TT went down for the CME, I switched immediately to ZenFire which was running fine. Also my live charts with esignal feed was still running. I don't think that the TT outages were caused by the CME - of course I can't be 100% sure...

    Trading and Internet latency

I try to measure my latency to a certain website for trading. Unfortunately my ADSL service provider won't allow me to ping. When I use my dial-up connection, it measures about 380 ms latency. Based on the dial-up latency result, does anyone know what this approx. would be using the ADSL connection?
