You have no idea how many people would have signed up to IG, lost their cash and never returned to the markets.

Thing is, with the Future. You can sit your side of the market and not pay any spread at all. I forgot IG charges interest for some strange reason. I would like to know how many different ways they milk their clients accounts. :) All to easy.

Does any1 have any experience with CL options? I've been placing a few trades on CL and I think IV is less on the puts as the market moves in favor of them. I thought IV would rise on the puts when the market moves in their favor due to market drop. Mbey I'm trading a few to many strikes OTM...

Are you in the UK? Some countries consider spread betting gambling and so its tax free. Ig is a bucket shop. I recommend staying away from them. Just my opinion. Mbey google "IG markets Scam" and do some light reading.

What I think that option brokers really need is a market scanner that scans the options market and displays only options of traders hitting the mid of the options quotes. Then it will become more like it was when they traded in the pits. I'm suprised this wasn't the first piece of software...

I really think brokers are overstepping their duties. They should just take our money to the exchange for us and collect a simple fee.

Eurodollar is very slow as well.... if by slow you mean not much movement. It has a tonne of volume tho.

You can't access either Chinese (Mainland) or Indian markets. You can access the Indian market however it is only for Indians outside of India. With China you can't access at all. I imagine there are ways around this however you wil have to find them.

Does IV affect FX options like it does indexes? I mean there is technically no "Bear" market in FX because they are multidirectional / buyers sellers each side. I can see that the options aren't priced equally. I imagine that this is due to the market going in one direction for a while. What...

Pretty Much. Especially the video cards. You can run 6 screens of a $150 video card if your just trading. GET A "WORKSTATION" graphics card. You need one of these for trading. A gaming card is specifically designed to draw 3d. Which you ain't gonna be doing during trading. A workstation...

So does this band affect market orders? I havn't seen or read into it, but if it rejects limit orders been sent that are outside the band, will it reject a market order that would gobble up all the DOM quotes and then be outside of the "band". If some spoofer wanted to manipulate the market...
