    Personalized Earnings Calendar?

Try this. It's what I use. It isn't quite what you're looking for, but it might work for you. I originally got this from someone on ET, I think it was one of the Jack Hershey traders. What it is, is an excel file that goes out and retrieves the next earnings date from Yahoo, Clear Station...

Can anyone recommend a good options book

Guess you're right, this book which came out in 2002: From the reviews, evidently it was about using covered calls as attested to by this reviewer that gave the book five stars:

Dollar to Hit 50 Yen, Cease as Reserve

What is Japan going to be able to export to the US at USD/JPY 50? Japan's exporters are already hurting at USD/JPY 90. From the chart, it looks like USD weakness against JPY has bottomed and USD is beginning to strengthen.

    15% unemployment 2010?

I think the main effect will be that the current party in power will be largely voted out in the next election. Unemployed people have lots of time to vote and will blame their present woes on whoever is currently in power.

    Health Care Solution

I like it. It could be phased in gradually too. Right now, Medicare is for people 65 and older. Next year, they could make it for people 60 and older. The next year, lower the age requirement again and so on, until eventually everyone can qualify.

Why can't I get a job? Recent Grad, 3.7 GPA, Good Exp, Year and a half of searching..

INeedAJob, why don't you go to Japan and teach English? Look into the JET program. They like young people for these English teaching positions, JPY is very strong now, you're exempt from taxes, the job leaves you with a lot of free time, and you don't need to know any Japanese. Instead of...
