    Iterative Refinement

Thats what I was mentioning about the gopher hole thing. I feel like every example will take me to an example where I disprove the original idea. I feel like for now its not been as simple as matching two situations and finding the differences and formulating an answer.

I understand the question Jander proposed and the specific examples of what you are doing that he is referring too. Yet I can not see a pattern on the chart that tells you a traverse will be fanned(therefore no FTT occurs)without subsequent bars. The attachment I have is a great example as there...

    Iterative Refinement

Yes thats the correct chart. The second traverse of the day is a pink traverse and the traverse ends with an FTT that is also the forming of a Flat Bottom Pennant at the 10:50 and 10:55 bars. Then we have directly after it a blue pt 3 traverse that ends with a flat top pennant that is not...

    Iterative Refinement

Now Im playing that game again but this time the question is why isnt the FTT on the 7-22 chart an FTT of the blue up traverse. Ive tried finding answers such as(its a flat top pennant ) but right before it there is a flat bottom pennant in a pink traverse that is labeled as an FTT. It sends me...

    I still play that game.

    Iterative Refinement

There is one difference which I notice after the fact. One starts from an FTT of the pt 3 up traverse. The other starts from a flat top pennant at the end of the up pt 3 traverse. Is this correct?

    Iterative Refinement

OK Ive been goin over it for the last hour and I see the two situations as identical. They both break out of a pt 3 up traverse on decreased red volume then form a pennant then break out of the pennant on increased red volume. Then the increased red volume turns to decreased red volume...

    Iterative Refinement

Spyder I asked you yesterday why an orange traverse I had in and you didnt was not considered a traverse and you answered that every time you see increasing red doesn't necessarily mean we have pt 3 confirmation. You explained that the increasing red came fromt he breakout of a pennant and...

    Iterative Refinement

Spyder, in the situation I have attached. How do you know in real time or even in hindsight for that matter that the traverse isn't the Bold peach channel I have added to your 7-15 chart. Ive been staring at charts for days now and I feel like a zombie. My thinking is the bar broke the olive...

What Polford shows is the example of what Im seeing in some annotations and what Im reading is in the attachment posted(circled) and reiterated in jack's hand written notes

    Iterative Refinement

Thank you for the answer to my first qeustion. Also, I dont mean to go over anyones head.... I just cant get from Jacks hand written notes any definitive answer to this, especially since the way I see some people annotate tapes with regards to OBs and certain other bars seems in my mind to...

Gucci, I appreciate your posting of the tapes diagram. It is very helpful. I have one question though, because I do not see them on there, how do you handle Outside Bars with regards to tapes?

    Iterative Refinement

Spyder on my snippet I was wondering why the orange is not a traverse. It is not labeled as a Pt 3 traverse on your chart. I can understand why the Olive green is probably not a traverse due to the fact it never broke the lateral(in my chart and formed a pt 3 to the upside but I cant seem to...

    Iterative Refinement

Heres my attempt at the ES annotations so far today. Wanted to get it out before Spyder did. Feel free to rip it apart if you want and explain any weaknesses or strengths you clearly can find.

    Iterative Refinement

Also I read Jacks seven cases and he says to use Outside Bar as Bar 1, and from the circled situations it looks to me that the OB is not being used as your bar 1, but more of a bar 2. Correct me if Im wrong here.

    Iterative Refinement

Do you consider the break of the pace increased tape's RTL as your point 2 confirmation or the break of your original FTT bar and bar after "tape" it as your confirmation of point 2?

    Iterative Refinement

Actually I found something that might be of significance to my first question. Could you explain the importance of thie attachment? On the 2nd question Ive even tried watching bundlemakers channels video over again and the topic of pace increase in tapes isn't addressed thoroughly either

    Iterative Refinement

Spyder, Why do you use the previous bar before an outside bar for your tape. Has that been covered before? I notice that with every OB, your tape begins with the bar inside the OB that formed prior to the OB. Is there a reason for that and is it something that should be in everyones...

    Iterative Refinement

Spyder Ive been moving along on just annotating but i have nit-picky questions that I want to nail down. In my circled area, the neon green pt 3 traverse is NOT a pt 3 traverse obviously from your chart. My rationale in looking into it was it is not a pt 3 traverse because the large OB(bar 7)...
