I had been getting pretty good fills with OX until the last 2 weeks. I looked up the number for their trading desk today and will be trying that out next week to see how it goes. ryan

Yesterday I closed out my 1240/1250 call spread for a loss (the stong moves up spooked me, a little patience would have lowered my loss quite a bit, but what's done is done). I was able to close my 1115/1125 put spread for a .40 profit. I tried to roll up to 1165/1175 but couldn't get filled...

Just buying the 1250 call turned out to be a good play with this market, great trade! Selling the weekly put is a good way to go, or just bank the profit and look for December plays may be better. To each their own. ryan

SPX is above its 20, 50 and 200 day moving average. I am going to look over ways to hedge my short 1240 call or maybe roll up. I know there are a number of us with the 1240/1250 spread, are you planning any changes at this point? ryan

Looks like OX now has the weekly options listed in the chains. Didn't take them long to get that fixed. ryan

Just talked to OX. They don't have a chain page at this time that lists the calls and puts for the weekly options. You have to type each one in individually on the quote page. They are working on this but who knows when it will be fixed. ryan

Is there a web site that has free futures quotes (delayed is fine)? I always see CNBC and others list the futures on screen before the market opens but I don't know where they are getting their information. I've gone to www.cme.com and see that the S&P is +225 or something like that, not sure...

Here is a new one for me. I dropped down to the 1115/1125 spread for a little more cushion. After a few minutes I got filled, but for .05 less than my limit! I logged onto the live help and after about 30 minutes they "adjusted" my account as if I was filled at my limit. ryan

The orders on the books at 1120 are nothing, that is why we can't get filled I think. ryan
