VT, I don't know about him, but I saw a very clear DV on my (your) 1M chart using your old settings from your previous thread, oh low those many days ago :) I didn't take it though. There wasn't anything to confirm it, as far as I could tell anyway. jd

Here's one where on my ES charts I was showing the ADX over 30 at 1025a and the Chaikin Money Flow (don't have regular Chaikin) well into DV at the 1055a bar. FYI only. jd

NPP, I think db is right. After this last year or so of trading this, you see the relationships that happen between the prices and the indicators and the hits and misses you've had and what happened when. You've optimized your head and your reactions with the SP/Chaikin/Keltner...

just a thought, but could it be the reason it failed was that on Friday we had very very low volume all day up until the last 15 minutes of trading. Could this have thrown off the Chaikin Os? jd

I've heard this quite often. Can you elaborate as to why this is true? Let's say a thousand people knew about this system and traded it. When the price hit what we all thought was the correct price to, let's say sell, wouldn't everyone else's selling make the price go down even more thus...
