You have to QUANTIFY your edge first. That means a whole slew of things including Position sizing, money management, % probability, etc .. Then you must understand and believe the 5 truths of trading. 1. Anything can happen. 2. You dont need to know whats going to happen in the market...

There are plenty of people who will always argue that trend following doesn't work and that other trading tactics don't work. The reality is, we need those people to believe that in order to make money. :) The facts speak for themselves. Look at the numbers. Period.

Here is a trade taken today on the 6B. If you visit our site I post live trades too now and then so you can see the progressions of the trade setups. Anyways, you're obviously bitter about Fibs and you don't "believe" in them. So to make you happy I'm just going to stop debating with you.

Man, you must have really been burned not trading properly. Gotta have rules and a plan my friend. You can't just "trade fibs" I've gotten the same complaints that trend trading doesn't work...I guess the last 10 yrs of trading fibs and trend was a fluke...

I can't say it enough. You need to have rules along with ANY trading system. No rules, no plan means no success.

Regardless of how certain people feel , I have known guys who are extremely successful traders who've been trading for 25 yrs who implement Fibonacci methodology into their trading. You could make the same argument that many other people make that trend-trading doesn't work either...

I've been trading Fibonacci's for 10 yrs. The problem is most traders don't know how to use them properly. Traders have no plan or rules on how to use them. They look at them in hindsight Anyways, if you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Id be more then happy to help.

just FYI if you are buying the stock GOLD , its not the same as actually trying to trade Gold itself. The symbol for that would be GLD. GOLD (the symbol) is Randgold Resources Limited. If GOLD (the stock) comes down to 57's we'd be a buyer there.
