A question about Cramer...he always mentioned that he was a hedge fund manager. Why doesn't he suggest shorts and or hedges/option plays etc. Was his so called hedge fund just a long only leveraged fund?

I appreciate the youthful trader and his/her confidence. Most of the best traders are young and fearless. Successful older traders usually morph into trading OPM or what they need to sustain their level of comfort. The cheese will move...be prepared

Cramer is a pumper...when he speaks pay attention to the stocks he pumps...lots of retail orders flow...you can game this and pick off the public.

Dear SeekingMentor...I will give you some advice. If you are going to use this site for anything other than looking for a mentor you might want to try to change your user name. Depending on where you live, you could try the proprietary trading route. Many many traders start this way...
