Hey Jacob, FSLR definitely had an nice rip up off the trend line. Next step is clearing that 152.50 area. Only word of caution would be TSL's action on Friday. It had been really strong, but sold off on a ton of volume during the Friday's session. http://independent-trader-ken.blogspot.com/

Ghost of Cutten, really good comments there. There are infinite ways to make money in the markets, but having a system that fits your style is key. AAPL is the definite market leader at this point and shorting now for a swing trade (at new all-time highs) going into earnings is clearly risky...

AAPL has set the bar high for earnings, running 75 points in the past month and a half. I think they are going to have to kill the estimates Monday after the close to move the stock higher. Check out the Bollinger Bands on the daily on the attached chart. I don't personally gamble on earnings...

Nice move up off the 62 area this morning, even when the market was selling at the open. It has now taken out the downtrend line on the hourly chart. This one is probably on its way back up to the 66 area. I'll keep watching today to see if a tradeable setup such as a bull flag develops on the...

Wiesman, I attached my hourly chart of RIG. If it can get over the descending orange trend line, the 66 area should act as a magnet. RIG is a stock on my daily watchlist, and I am mostly a day trader. I do think it is important that it holds the 61 level, and if it were to setup there this week...
