what kind of problems did u have to have to call cust service? was it tech related or account related?

there are very few pure digital monitors... most lcds are analog and some have both analog and digital outputs... my lcd supports both analog and digital and has two different outputs... nec lcds don't come with both cables (cheap bastards) so i had to find a store that sold dvi cables.

the personal computer is a commodity... it really doesn't matter where u get it from and its what's inside that really counts. i personally find dell a bit pricey... u should be able to find better prices at the small independent stores.

I'm not sure why manufacturers would make a dual output card with one analog and one dvi output cuz using an adapter on either head would create a fuzzy image. I had this problem with my ati 7500 and got fed up with it so I just replaced my old monitor with a digital lcd (that's my excuse)...

i'm shopping for a 17" lcd monitor. looking for something with good value ~ doesn't have to be cheap ~ just good bang for the buck. i'll be using it for trading, basic tasks and maybe movies but i'm not a gamer. any recommendations? should i go with digital or analog?

I can't seem to get multiple day bars (eg 3day, 12day) on esignal. It says in the help section to type the number of days followed by the letter "d" but typing in "3d" only displays a 3 minute chart. Anyone figure this out? thx

sorry... i mean that you will be paying the spread for instant fills with the market order, which may skew your papertrading results

paper trading is different because in real trading you don't get instant fills (unless using market orders but then there is slippage) and most importantly the psychology is different because there is money on the line.
