Yup. Short from 1495.75. Just added on at 1491.25. Looking for 1480ish. 1491 is 50% retrace, nice place to add. EDIT: Just took some off at 1483.25. Letting rest ride for now.

If H&S confirmed by break of neckline at 1488 (and that's a big if), calculated target would be 1481.25. Gap close would require 1477. Testing low would require 1475.

Stoped out while I was asleep. (I assume the same happened to Apex, as I believe his stop was in the 91-92 range.) EDIT: Now short from 1491.50. (Tried to get short higher but my limit order didn't fill. This entry was via my backup stop order.) Need to break below 1488 for this to have a...

Well, I guess we now know the answer to my question. :( Currently right in that zone. Big hammer forming on the 15-min. Considering a short entry from here, small size, big stop.

Lookit the 15-min. Is a double hammer an omen? I literally can't bear to watch this any more. I think I'm going to go watch TV and leave my fate in the hands of the market and Alison Krauss. :)

Well, there's the 15-min hammer I was looking for earlier. Now if it can only make good... EDIT: Not encouraging. As I went down in the river to pray Studyin about that good ol way And who shall wear the robe & crown Good Lord show me the way O brothers lets go down Let's go down...

Yeah, baby! Do that again!!! EDIT: There's my mirror-image on the 15-min! Isn't that pretty?

    ES Journal Archive (2006 - 2008)

Well, it's not going to become a hammer, but I'd settle for a mirror-image bar. :) EDIT: 5-min chart starting to look encouraging. Maybe 15-min will look over at the next window and get the idea.

I'm short from 87.75 and 87.25, but I'm sure not comfortable until we get a little downside. Sure would be nice if that big green bar on the 15-min turned into a hammer.

5-min reversal bar observed. New 15-min just started. 86.75 may be all we get here.

What do you think about the chance that ES will break through resistance and go to 93-94, which would be 38.2% fib retracement of the FOMC dive?, I've been long in AH since 78, bailed out at 85, watching with everyone else to see if we get a turn here. Took a bath today in RTH trying to...

Unfortunately no. Didn't have the nerve to take a position prior to FOMC. My hat is off to anyone who did.
