Trying this one more time... Long small size from 1457.75 on 5-minute reversal bar. Looking to add on if/when I see a 15-minute reversal bar.

Stopped out at 1464.50 for -1.75. I had support pegged at 1465.50, but Averus may be right about 1463...

Long from 1466.25.

Stopped out of this trade at breakeven. Re-entered long from 1488.25 and 1488.50, with stops below LOD. Targets 1495 and 1500. FWIW, 1488 was 78.6% retracement of move from 1487 to 1492.

Long again small size from 1489.00. Not real confident that it's finished going down, and won't add on until I see a more solid reversal indication. EDIT: Darn, just saw that I'm on the opposite side of the trade from Apex...I just *hate* when that happens. :)

Stopped out for -2 and -2.

Now long from 1495.50 and 1496.25.

Short in AH from 1500.75, added on at 1499.25. Covered half at 1497.00 for +3.75. Holding other half with profit target of 1495.25. Countertrend trade. Will be looking to go long as soon as I close this one out. EDIT: Filled at 1495.25 for +4.00, now flat and looking to go long.

The Fed has been rendered all but impotent by globalization and securitization of debt. Other than jawboning, they're pretty much powerless and their actions are driven by the markets rather than the other way around. For what it's worth, I do think we'll see Spooz 1200 in 2008 or 2009.

Set stops too close; stopped out for 5-tick loss. Looking to re-enter to hold into AH.

Long ES from 1493.00 and 1493.25.

Covering 1/2 of my short position here at 1497.25 for +11.75, letting rest ride a bit further with close trailing stop. EDIT: Closed out remainder at 1496.50 for +11.75. Now flat. Going to make breakfast, feed the dog, and then look to get long (in that order). :)

YM and ER2 leading us down, ES and NQ bound to follow (I hope).

Added to short at 1501.50. Still looking for 96.

If my bear flag analysis is right, then prior 1501 support should now be resistance and we should have another leg down from here to the 1495-96 area. We shall see.

Looks like a bear flat to me here. Short in AH from 1509.00 and 1508.25. Covered half at 1501.25 (lucky exit on a limit order), holding other half looking for 1496. EDIT: Bear flag breakout here?
