What would you do if 25 yrs old?

In another thread Jack said that bubba is him on a different computer or something like that. -- DG

why escalate this? it makes you look bad. this is why they've been deleting threads lately.

Tip: Seeing entire threads at once

Don't mean to prolong this thread, but I discovered you can just type &perpage=nnn (where nnn is any number less than 5000, apparently) without the other pagenum parameter and it'll work. Makes it quicker to type. Happy 4th, Dickie Greenleaf

    tradingmarkets.com?

Try to put your phone number as "unlisted" if you can. They were calling me for months because I bought one damned book from their shopping area.

That is so funny. Nice work! I do the same thing with the charts on yahoo. I bookmarked my settings so I wouldn't have to hit "large chart... no logarithmic... candles..." every time.

Thank you. I don't doubt the truth of this study. I guess I'm not completely bullish, feeling that any day the market could tank. There's also an extra day for any bad news in the world. They're talking about all of this Liberia stuff now. The bottom line is that I can't afford drawdowns...

lol I found it because I was reading the archives and they kept coming up as 5 per page even though my settings are for 40 per page. So I noticed in the URL it had a perpage setting of 5. I tried changing it to different numbers and it worked! Hopefully this isn't something Baron doesn't...

Tip: Seeing entire threads at once

I just figured out that you can get entire threads on one page without having to hit the print button or be limited by the 40 per page. If you click a thread and add this to the end: &perpage=600&pagenumber=1 you can see everything. I was able to read the entire surf report in three pages...

Thank you very much for the feedback. I greatly appreciate your taking the time to type it. I was thinking about your advice from the other thread about closing positions today during the heat of battle and it helped.

This was in the thread that was removed, right? I did read that. And then your next post was something like "bwahahahaha" to the poor guy who started the thread.

    Attatching charts.

If you have Windows XP, save them as .png from Windows Paint. Use alt-printscreen to capture the window, paste it into Paint, crop as necessary, and save as .png. This way, you won't lose any color info and it will remain a small size. JPG is not a good format for screen shots. Photos...

So as expected, I am flat going into the weekend. I will have three days to look at this week's trades and see what I could've done better. I will also go through all 100 stocks in my rankings and identify some good long candidates and some good short candidates so I'll be ready for whatever...

    Greenleaf's Journal

I closed out all of my positions today and booked $496. I was nervous entering the day that I would give up most of my gains from yesterday given the poor unemployment numbers before the open. In fact, this caused me to sell UNTD pretty soon into the session when it started tumbling. I did...

Thank you... I will certainly look into this. Is it new? I was looking high and low for a realtime feed 18 months ago and never came across your site. -- Dickie Greenleaf

Looks like the market is going to take a beating right off the bat with the poor unemployment numbers.
